Sanjay Dalmia - Chief Executive Officer

Sanjay Dalmia, as the CEO, has a mandate to navigate CashTech's advancement into new territory. He also serves on the board of CashTech.

Prior to joining CashTech, Sanjay worked with HSBC and ABN Amro bank for over a decade. His career before CashTech saw him as the Head of Global Trade & Advisory, India for ABN Amro, where he was responsible for managing a large portfolio and working on new product development. At CashTech, he started as Head of Product and has been instrumental in creating and enhancing CashTech's intellectual property and driving the development of our Transact CashIn and Transact CashWeb offering along with new modules in Financial Supply Chain.

Sanjay's extensive experience in the financial services and technology business makes him the pivot of the company's R&D. His wealth of experience fused with regular market interaction, enables him to successfully lead the company's innovation drive. Based out of the corporate headquarters in Pune, India, he also continues to lead a development of team of software engineers and Product managers towards a common goal.

Sanjay has authored a book titled 'Financial Supply Chain' - which has been published by McGraw hill.

Sanjay is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India and a Computer Science Technology graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India.

Subramanian Iyer - Chief Finance Officer

As CFO, Subramanian heads the Finance, Accounts and Statutory Compliance functions for the entire CashTech group. His mandate is to help forward CashTech Group's global strategies by implementing efficient and highly effective financial management practices. Working primarily with banks, financial organizations and institutional investors, his key focus is on working closely with the senior management to achieve the group's financial objectives within a predefined time period. Subramanian is also in command of streamlining the MIS, Accounts and Finance functions in CashTech offices across the globe.

Based in the Mumbai office, Subramanian brings with him a professional background in Finance and Accounts with a rich work experience in MNCs like BPL Mobile Communications and Hoechst Schering AgrEvo Ltd. He has successfully led the restructuring of financial processes and debt management in these organizations. By implementing modern financial management principles founded on his profound insights of financial markets and key relationships, Subramanian was able to streamline and realize cost efficiencies within back office operations. Subramanian was also responsible for establishing the Hoechst Schering AgrEvo Ltd's Treasury Department when the company was formed in India. Seen in its entirety, Subramanian played an important role in improving the bottomline of the organization he worked for.

Subramanian holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bombay University and is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Anand Krishnamurthy - Senior Vice President, Delivery Head

As Head of delivery, Anand Krishnamurthy has overall responsibility for product development and project implementations for CashTech's solution portfolio. He also oversees the offshore delivery unit for the parent company.

Prior to joining Fundtech, Anand co-founded CoralGrid, a company focused on products and customized solutions in the Banking and financial space. Its flagship product, Metagrid, emerged as a clear leader in the market for systems addressing precious metals trading. In addition, the company developed large financial systems in transactional and corporate banking domains. At CoralGrid, Anand had a wide range of techno-functional responsibilities including product management, delivery and sales. He subsequently sold the company to US-based Triple Point Technology Inc. His earlier experiences include a stint as a Foreign Exchange trader at ABN AMRO Bank and as a Structured Financial Products Specialist at ICICI Ltd.

Anand is a commerce graduate and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore

Parag Ekbote - Head, Global Business Development

In his role as Head of Global Business Development at CashTech, Parag is responsible for the entire Sales and Marketing initiatives across the world. Parag has a very good understanding of the financial services industry with a major focus on banking and capital markets.

He is very strong in setting up quality processes for effective results. Throughout his 14 years of experience Parag has handled various sales and general management positions and roles across geographies. Under his able leadership CashTech has won major deals and continues its foray into new markets.

Prior to joining CashTech, he served as Country Manager for India, Sri Lanka and Africa at Indus Software. Under his leadership Indus won large deals with leading banks and financial institutions in the region.

Sachin Bhusari - Head, Human Resources

As Head of Human Resources, Sachin brings to the table a rich experience of over 13 years. His mandate at CashTech among other things is talent acquisition and development, strengthening the performance driven culture, and devising strategies and systems for effecting employee retention.

Before CashTech, Sachin has worked with Wartsila Diesel India Ltd., TATA Infotech Ltd. and Orbitech Solutions Ltd. His last assignment before joining CashTech was with Orbitech Solutions Ltd. as Assistant Vice President - HR, where he had the opportunity to handle various aspects of HR including sourcing, compensation, policies, branch HR et al.

Sachin is a Masters in Labour Studies from Mumbai University, India. His other interests include Yoga, Graphology and Theatre. He also yoga-based training programs that have been known to impact people positively.

Yogesh Bendre - Head, Fundtech SBU

As Head of the Fundtech SBU within CashTech, Yogesh is responsible for the multi-sourced product development and delivery from India to our parent company, Fundtech Corporation. His mandate is to ensure success in the global product delivery model in close coordination with Business Managers from across Fundtech.

Yogesh has excellent technical and project management skills with over 14 years experience in the IT industry. He has played various technical and managerial roles in his career span that include Design/Development of financial software, Systems Integration, Solution Architecture, Project and Program Management to name a few.

Prior to CashTech, Yogesh worked with Rave Technologies managing large size project implementations for UK and Europe customers in Finance and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) domain space. His earlier assignments were at CMC Ltd., where he led large teams at key customers like Bombay Stock Exchange and a stint in the US - working on critical project implementation at Sun Microsystems, Boeing, etc.

Yogesh completed his Electronics Engineering and Post Graduate diploma in Software Technology from Mumbai University, India. In addition, he holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) cetification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
