Equally important is the fact that these expectations can be measured, monitored and excelled. Continuous Improvement At CashTech, continuous improvement is a way of life. We have a strong force of internal quality auditors, which conducts an organization-wise quality audit every two months. After the audit, a 'Process Improvement Committee' conducts a thorough analysis and works on those processes that need improvement. CashTech's monthly project and process metrics are published in the internal knowledge management tool.
