CashTech has a Culture Club that follows a simple philosophy: Work hard. Party harder. For years now, this golden philosophy has helped us not only in getting some great work done but also in having some great time and fun.

Our Culture Club works hard to make your work fun. We have nineteen-to-the-dozen ideas to pepper your daily grind with some spice. Games, quizzes, celebrations, community contributions are all part of a CashTechite's work day. Festivals like Christmas and Deepavali are celebrated in traditional style and gaiety. Besides these, frequent events are held to bring together people from across departments and teams. Intra-office competitions like dumb charades, carom games happen by default.

At CashTech, the Annual Day Celebrations hold special significance. It is the time of the year when every one gets an opportunity to perform and unleash his hidden talents. There are competitions aplenty:  fancy dress, mimicry, skits, music, dance and games. Employees who have spent five or more years with CashTech are recognized and commended.

Social initiatives also form an integral part of our Culture Club. A blood donation camp and a charity drive to help people in the flood affected areas in Maharashtra was just the starting point. In the days to come, our Club will be leading and driving social change with a rare zeal as befits a CashTechite.

Kashish 2007 - CashTech turns 13.... ( November 2007)
CashTech celebrated thirteen years of operations at the beautiful lawns of Riverside, Koregaon Park. The evening saw CashTechites performing groovy dances, and rib-tickling mimicry and skits. The fabulously choreographed fashion show left the audience asking for an encore. The children especially enjoyed playing on the inflatable slide and getting tattoos done.

Employees who have completed 3 and 5 years of service at CashTech were recognised and honored with a certificate of appreciation and an all expense paid holiday trip for 2 to places like Goa and  Mahabaleshwar!!

Corporate Picnic (July 2007)
CashTechites, alongwith their family, went for an annual picnic to the Orchard Resort on the Pune Satara road. The fun started with Shero-shayari and antakshari during the one hour bus ride. On reaching the destination, everyone was ready to  jump into the huge swimiing pool to enjoy the water slides and play  water polo and frisbee.

Picknickers played pool, table tennis, carrom and volleyball and the games organised by CashTech's culuture club. Lunch was followed by a magic show that was a hit with children and adults alike. The DJ and the great music had everyone having a blast.

 CashTech Dude and Dudette ( December 2006)
The 2006 Christmas celebrations were charged with an air of excitement as
CashTechites sent in their nominations for the "CashTech Dude and Dudette 2006"
contest. The final nominees, comprising of 5 guys and gals each, put on a great show
as they catwalked, exhibited their hidden talent, and answered some tricky questions
from the MC and the panel of judges. It was a tough fight, with Ms.Himani Gaidhankar and 
Mr. Govindaraju as the chosen ones!! The party ended with the dance floor being thrown
open, and everyone celebarting X-mas and the beginning to a New Year.....

Kashish 2006 - CashTech turns 12.... ( October 2006)
CashTechites came together to celebrate the occassion at Aurora Towers with our very own Munnabhai and Circuit giving their take on life at CashTech and setting the tone for the evening that saw team members unleashing their creative talent.

Employees who have completed 3 and 5 years of service at CashTech were recognised and honored with a certificate of appreciation and an all expense paid holiday trip for 2 at places like Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar and Kashid !!

The great food and groovy music gave a chance to one and all to let their hair down and have fun. All in all, a celebration of  an excellent year 2006 for CashTech and of even better times to come.........

Corporate Picnic (August2006)
CashTechites went for their annual picnic to Girivan, a scenic hill station, in the Sahyadri hills. Employees, with their family members, participated in games like tug of war, basketball , 3-legged race etc. After feasting on the elaborate menu, the employees got a chance to unwind in the rainy weather, surrounded by the beautiful waterfalls.


Blood Donation Camp (June 2006)
A blood donation camp was organised by K.E.M hospital in the premises of CashTech. One of the oldest hospitals in Pune city, KEM gives 24 hours service to patients since 1972.The hospital provides free blood transfusion service to Thalesemia patients. A large number of CashTechites got together to contribute to his noble cause.
